"Whatever You Like" definitely might block her, but he's only at 122 million, not 200 million. If "WMNZR" has a lot of downloads she can go. "So What" will begin to lose downloads, and "LLD" is still low in radio to say he's gonna block her, so he's out for another few weeks.
As for it's debut. "Gimme More" leaked to radio on August 30th, and debuted on the Bubbling Under chart the next week on September 8th. At this point of play "Womanizer" will debut on the Bubbling Under, unless she suddenly started slowing down. "GM" didn't debut on the actual chart until Sept. 22nd, 3 weeks after it's leak.
So "Womanizer" will debut on Bubbling Under this week, based on current rising audience, move up on that chart on October 11th, POSSIBLY, debut on the official chart since October 7th will get a few sales before they cut off. Then on October 18th it'll officially BLOW UP.
