Black Europeans are taught to deal with racist culture as they don't have the same sense of entitlement African Americans do because Black Europeans know their background and do not truly feel belonging to European countries, and hence feel inadequate to make criticisms of a country's culture they do not belong to. African Americans on the other hand don't know their background and as far as they care, America
is their country and feel entitled to respect and will confront disrespect. So you will often will hear Black Europeans even defending the use of black face.
