I doubt they even bought them. It's the dumbest form of slacktivism I've ever seen. They probably threw all the diet books into the carts and wheeled them to the front counter, all while filming it, and then never even bought them.

They were probably too lazy to even put them back in the right place. They probably just left them in the carts and left the store for some poor customer service worker to put them all back where they belonged.

I feel kinda bad for them knowing most likely they are gonna just get bigger and bigger and eventually get a disease at an early age (ex: diabetes). It's so sad that we focus our time and money on these unhealthy foods and unhealthy living while in under-developed countries they focus on trying to find a way to eat each day. But in the end we live in a free-country so if they want to put there own lives at risk that's their problem.
