Bey's two (remotely) iconic poses are these:

Beyoncé's silhouette is reconisable. Not yet iconic, but it will be.

Gaga has the monster claws, but only her fans are familiar with that. And no one would recognize that Britney pose. I didn't even know she did that.

Rihanna has the Umbrella cover and this Loud promo photo with the flower in her mouth (was on loads of t-shirts; quite a recognisable image even if it rips off Audrey Hepburn)...

Katy has the cream squirters from CG video but I wouldn't say that's very iconic.
