Isure as heck miss it. it was literal slayage and real competition so they all had to one up each other and serve iconic songs and performances. I kept looking back on a few old videos and im like "omg the new pop girls just do not do it like the others did" and im only 18

I wanna live a new pop girl slayage were they perform just as good as the old ones and bring interesting songs again

these women all debuted in the US around 1999-2002 and kept outdoing themselves so creative, great singing,innovative music, awesome music videos, awesome live performances,choreography, competitive spirit and EXTREMELY AMBITIOUS

thats the problem tbh. the new girls are so dull...nothing AMAZING yet tbh...Rihanna has been the only treasure and yet she isnt a part of the "new girl" line up tbh since she debuted in 2005...

I agree. The new pop line up is so lack-luster and dull, however a few stand out like Miley, Rihanna (even though her debut was in 05 I believe she falls in rank with the current pop line up), same with gaga, taylor and katy as well.

I however have not lost hope in the the rest i.e. Demi, Selena, Ariana and whoever. Their careers are still young and they can still surprise us.

new girls are H O R R I B L E!!!!! I miss those days when pop was more interesting... Gaga circa 2009-2010 was a breath of a fresh air, she brought that "bigger than life pop star" back... I miss legends like Madonna, MJ, Britney, hell even JLo... They are not interesting like they use to be... pop girls are just boring now...

Don't forget queen Gwen and her music videos. In comparison, Gaga's videos don't even compare.

I can honestly say I enjoy music more now than I did back then...mostly because I've usually disliked over half the songs played on the radio...I can just use the internet to find songs I do like. With that ability, music overall just seems better to me these days.

I like the in-between generation girls. Katy, Rihanna, Gaga, Beyonce, etc. The older girls who are reaching their expiries, JLo, Britney, Christina, etc. had amazing careers and they've already proven their respective longevities.

I don't know how I feel about some of the younger girls like DemI, Iggy and Selena. Ariana is amazing. I'm worried Miley's status as an adult pop star might have been a fad.

I don't miss the older pop girl line up. Nor am I excited for the younger, up-and-coming pop girl line up. I'm here for the current lineup. I think that's where the superstars are.
