Seriously - why are they releasing the game when it is clearly not ready? Good god, the Artpop teas are just overwhelming but at least that was out of love and not dangling you with dlc/paid app! Gonna need that CAS demo soon to know if this is worth it!

EA refused to fix the open world glitches and Story Progression while they left players to turn to mods to remove stuck sims, cars, and errors. So they removed it, what kind of lazy ass mess?
