Ultraviolence isn't touching Born to Die. Now of course the lyrics are great as always; I think Lana's a brilliant writer, but this album is sooooo monotonous. The albums is one big Country-Western song about ****ed up priorities and a ****ty boyfriend. The whole thing sounds like a White girl sitting in a Texas bar getting drunk and crying. BTD was exciting. I loved the blend of Hip Hop and Country into a unique Pop sound. Every song was so distinct and... ...COLORFUL. UV is drab and sad and that "Money, Power, Glory" song is just demonic lol.
The last song was poppinnnnn doeee
