I already knew that... Somebody tweeted the link of the original song to Dr. Luke on Twitter a few months ago and he said something like "nice ears", I don't remember exactly.... But he didn't really hide it tbh.
And those people are not already credited on the song ? That would explain the number of songwriters for Timber.

And why are they filing a lawsuit just now ? It's weird.

This. "Hold It Against Me" teas. And Timber's been out for a while, my guess is: these guys don't bother with current pop at all and heard it by coincidence all this time later. Then after they heard it they decided to go for a lawsuit. Don't blame them, especially since the song made $$$ for Dr.Luke.
