i disagree , you can be funny without using gay slurs - comedymovies from the past 5 years that have done way better then jump street haven't used a single gay slur> so i don't get why jump street has to use it.
And its not worth using something as controversial as a gay slur if its humor is not relatively funny - which it isnt.
