Late at night from midnight onward (EST) because that's when all the messy/iconic threads occur cause the mods let it go on for a while.

Well I find myself on ATRL the most from 11 PM-3 AM so I guess then. There's basically nobody on here in the morning/early afternoon. I try to come on here at 10 AM and it's like a ghost town

Any time is fine. It's usually nice and calm at night, though, but activity is also pretty low so it can be a tad boring, but if I ever wake up early then it's good to just browse around and see what I missed while I was sleeping and just comment all over while most are still snoozing.

But hint to trolls and attention-seekers: Around 3:15am to 7am EST or so are the best times to put up WP-worthy threads. Most mods are sleeping or simply not active during those times, so if you want to put up a bad thread and have it not automatically get closed - go for it!

Late at night in N. America is where the mess starts because members are moody, restless, and indiscriminate and the mods are either too busy sleeping or working to shut the threads down.

I guess when it's evening in the USA since it's most active i think.

But I live halfway round the world so I always get a good kii in the late hours.

I always have the best time from like 8 pm to 3 am central time

Noon - I prefer activity.

Not 3am that's for sure. It's always down for maintenance for like 10 minutes which is annoying cuz I'll randomly come here at 3 on the dot not even thinking and it won't load
