That's a pimple. Look at the pic where she isn't wearing any makeup. Her lips are tiny. Makeup can do wonders especially when you have access to makeup artist!
It's amazing the length people will go to with makeup to feel/look attractive. Props to her for having such a great makeup artist(or team). I couldn't tell that her lips where from makeup or plumper, but the no makeup/less makeup pics really sold it for me. Maybe she also photoshops her pictures.
