^it's maybe because they're basing on who is more popular on ATRL between Ne-Yo and Metallica (I think) and most are quick to say Ne-Yo because nowadays they want something fresh instead of those who have been around for a long time.

Then, in the too-close-to-call range, are Lil Wayne (Cash Money/Universal Motown), The Game (Geffen) and Buckcherry (Eleven Seven/Atlantic debut), all trending toward 40-45k. The mp3 version of Doll Domination is on sale for $2.99 on Amazon. They pretty much knew before the album was out of the gate that it was going to be a flop so they sold it at bargain basement prices. I only mildly like two of the songs on this album and it's nowehere near the league of PCD. I bought it to show them my support though.
