It was in March that rapper Kanye West was sentenced to 250 hours of community service after he attacked a paparazzi last summer. Vibe reports that West started working by the hour to lecture about his experiences in the fashion industry in Los Angeles Trade Technical College. In addition to the convenient penalty has West also agreed to go on courses where he must learn to control his anger.
