Polygon is the worst but they are not the only ones. Videogame journalism is not that great nowadays.
I remember news outlets outright insulting Devil May Cry fans who didn't care for the new direction or Tameem's attitude.

I don't even mean like that. Phillips could potentially have Wii and Wii U BANNED in the United States over this lawsuit. I just bought a Wii U last week and Mario Kart 8 is on her way as we speak. I'm not a hater unless I'm responding to Sony hate and I'm just trolling at that point. It would be seriously difficult for Nintendo to have its best selling console and its console that it's trying to take flight get BANNED and somehow gracefully recover from it.

You have no clue what you are talking about.

1. This was in the UK. The laws do vary considerably.

2. It is extraordinarily rare that a product is banned. IF the decision is finalized in the UK, or elsewhere, they will just pay a licensing fee for the tech.

1. The same lawsuit is pending in the United States which is why I said POTENTIALLY

2. Phillips themselves said that they want the systems banned so good luck trying to convince them otherwise.
