Transgendered should NOT be included in GAYS coz they are not always gay
Some transgenders become straight after operation. And they usually consider themselves straight too.
Some transgendered people do become gay/straight but only after the operation, and it depends what they identify themselves as, some (I think most) would LOVE to forget the Transgendered part and just identify as LGB
