It's simple
If Katy and Rihanna both are nominated for a Grammy category, but Rihanna ends up winning over Katy then we can ask "Why can Rihanna get a grammy but not Katy". But at this point, there's no scale for it since both are different. It's like asking "Why Alison Krauss won 27 Grammys but other girls can't"
