As a law student I must say the sentence is absolutely ridiculous. Here in the Netherlands this woman would've been sentenced to 4 years to jail max. The woman had no bad intent and they give her maximum life sentence probably without consideration of the circumstances. What kind of North korea teas is this... Ugh
And jury trial is a mess. How you gonna let some random people who know 0 about law make a decision as big as this... Bye.
I feel so bad for the woman. She should be punished but this is ridiculous.
