+1. Also they must be fully aware of it, I mean children who are not aware of consequences of their own actions and can be easily manipulated.
I don't support euthansia when a person is just depressed or have a breakdown. I personally know a woman who tried to commit suicide and was saved. She went through treatment and is a happy person now. If in my country euthansia in this case had been legal, then she would have wasted her life and made her close ones suffer.
