Even though I know how to spell the word, I'm prone to writing 'seperate' instead of 'separate', at times. Hey man, we're not perfect but always remember, there's "a rat" in separate!
This is sort of off topic but I'm learning Spanish at my school now, and I hardly ever use subjects if I've already said them, especially with yo/tú/and sometimes nosotros. As a Spanish speaker (I think you are), what's a good rule of thumb of when to use unnecessary subjects and when to not use them? Thanks.
Well I'd say just if you wanted to put emphasis, you could use them, but you could do without them. Also to differentiate between usted (formal you) and he/she. Though that might be rare as people would most likely understand. (e.g. Él/Ella se llama Blah. Y usted, ¿Como se llama?) Usually after saying them once, you're good.
I wish there were a Facebook/Twitter/Instagram broadcast for this as it seems no one on any of these social networks realize that there is a difference with these two words.
