Yea I would, if I had to, anyway.
I think because we nowadays see dogs as 'pets', we think about the idea of eating them like something disgusting or wrong, but they're animals just like pigs or cows. In my opinion, if you can eat those and if humans hadn't turn dogs into pets you would eat them aswell since they would be just another wild animal.
But I would only do it in certain circumstances. I'd rather have chicken, honestly
