Do you ever wonder how,
supaspaz, for example, is mentioned so often as the best rate host of ATRL? It's not just because of insane graphics, but because he provides a space for discussion.
Conversation.
Fans interacting with each other.
THAT is the main goal of rates.
The way you've done TWP2008 has been abysmal. Shade, but
true. There's no life to it (or any other rate you've hosted, tbqh. No offense meant.) Not a single bit of info, or any substantive commentary.
Hosting consecutive rates doesn't just happen because you request them, y'all. You have to be GOOD at them.

collin, I'm really impressed with your Lily rate! You've done a brilliant job.
