ddd there's more to Sodium on a Ramen that should worry you, gyal.
Pizza has plenty of Sodium as well but it's healthier I mean meat, cheese, tomato paste and carbs and veggies in one meal. LIKE WHUT? And it's insanely delicious.
On Ramen all you get is MSG and carbs and fat.
Pizza for taste and for bulking.
