I kinda got over the whole Paranormal Activity series after the second or third movie, so I'm not bothered by this.

Why they keep getting made:
#1 $193 mil from $15k budget
#2 $178 mil from $3 mil budget
#3 $207 mil from $5 mil budget
#4 $143 mil from $5 mil budget
Which gives them all stronger profit margins than, say, Maleficent or Fault in Our Stars have gotten to-date.
