He's just proud of his daughter? I don't see the issue. If anything he's probably impressed seeing as JLo is considered such a superstar as she know doubt will be seen as one by him. Proud father, I see nothing wrong with this.
He's just proud of seeing Lana being talked about in a positive way. I'm sure he read a lot of negative articles about Lana during the "Born To Die" era and feels very proud to see how well she's being received now.
People look into things way too much. If anything, the person that wrote the article is the one comparing both artists.
