@8thPrince I know what you mean about the hook being annoying, I don't think it's the sound itself but because the song is so short, we hear it so many times in succession that it starts to get grating. Seriously, though, there should've been another part to both the verses cause the song just goes by way too fast. It makes no musical sense the way it is.
I was just saying this to James, but I'm hoping that the arrangement they performed for that stage was altered/shortened to accommodate singing two songs. It felt like 90% chorus to me. I'm hoping the full version on the album has more verse to it because I agree, the whole A thing is super infectious but it also gets old quite quickly.
