This is one of the most ridiculous information. 17,000 seats for an end stage concert in Washington*? No. The capacity is 15k and you'll never see an artist playing for more there. P!nk did 15,209 last time, it's one of the biggest attendances there.
The Philips Arena has a capacity of around 13k. The same for the Xcel Energy Center.
