They're not even in the same league, the S5 crushes it in every way imagineable.

A phone could have the best specs on the planet, but still not match performance.
The Galaxy S5 has a lower benchmark score than the iPhone 5s.
Which means it doesn't perform as well as the iPhone 5s.
Screen is sort of weird. Because if the iPhone 5s was less than 1" bigger with the same kind of screen, it would be full HD. Because the iPad Mini retina is full HD. It's just due to the size of the screen, but the screen would be no clearer on a slightly larger model, and then be considered HD.
The camera on the phone has more megapixels, granted. But when taking a photo, the camera over saturates photos, and can't actually pick up detail as well as the 5s.
The order goes 5s/S5 and then the M8 (which doesn't really matter).
Especially in the last one when you look at the detail of the bushes, and the fact you can see the white house clearly in the distance, vs a white spec on the other two.
The only time I've seen the S5 do better is in low light.
