People get Grammys every year, so it's not that gr8.

Some legends have both.

I don't think the Grammys hold much weight. If they truly did represent the music industry, a whole bunch of nobodies and indie artists would be winning all of the awards. The Grammys just pander to large corporate record companies, whereas a diamond album is a true reflection of success.
