Is "not lying" an excuse for rude behavior?
I seem to notice this a lot on ATRL, users saying "did ___ lie?
" whenever someone makes a rude remark.
Does not lying give an all access pass to act as rudely as you please? Discuss.

There are polite ways to say negative opinions and there are rude ways.... so no, it doesn't give you a pass.

It's not an excuse but it adds some merit to the rude behavior.
