Certainly.. She's #5 on iTunes Canada with barely any promotion (just the VMA's.. I know it's big but still) + Radio just started pciking it up + no music video. (out for like only a week or so)

Great performance on the Canadian charts.... Just a little more promotion and it'll surely go to #1 there!
