Overrated of course! I don't understand some people's impression that she is exceptionally talented or any more so than the other pop girls who write their own songs. She writes great melodies but her lyrics are usually quite dreadful and her vocals are monotonous & emotionless (that's kind of what she's going for though).
She's good at what she does though, and the sad gays/teen girls eat it up so
for ha.

I think its understandable why some people find her annoying seeing as her music takes itself so incredibly seriously and shes incredibly pretentious, not to mention her drowsy aesthetic isnt going to appeal to everyone, that being said, the people that do like her like her a lot and theres millions. So, just because shes not played on the radio ad-nauseum doesn't mean shes underrated. Shes pretty much right where she should be.
