No! It's pretty average, but all engineering programs are standardized so it doesn't matter much.

Nope. I wanted to be a teacher, and honestly all the degrees are the same in education.

No point in paying 4x more for a title on a diploma that no one will ever look at.

And depends what ranking you look at, it's usually between #15-20 worldwide
