I'm really pleased she has left Syco and moved over to Universal, a much better home for her. Here's hoping all the recent changes she has made will really help her out, she also changed her management team last year and they seem infinitely better than her last so far.

Hopefully Universal knows how to promote her. The way Syco and her team handled her sophomore - and her 3rd album but moreso her 2nd - is still an abomination in my eyes.

In this case, most of the career mistakes for Leona have been due to bad management and a terrible label, both of which she's replaced.

All they ever did was rely on X Factor promo and then end the era after 1-2 singles, which were barely promoted. Plus they never even bothered releasing anything in the US after Happy.

No performances on x-factor, britain's got talent. Good, Leona sis.

I'm really happy she changed her label. She was such a mess.
Glassheart got delayed so many times and in the end the era flopped hard cuz of the bad management.

She has a strong voice and great vocals but she doesn't stand out imo !

Glassheart was such an amazing album, It's really sad that it never smashed Good luck to her.
