I love the name but I don't think River is unisex. I guess it's not that common but I wouldn't imagine you'd name a guy River. It's adorable for a girl though. I can't wait to see a pic!

River is definitely not too much uncommon of a name but its still pretty unique. Its unisex too. Exactly how Kelly described it on Ellen tbh. Beautiful name. I hope she explains the meaning behind it one day.
