PRISM did not underperform, it's sold over 3M WW and is still selling and spawned two massive #1 singles. Roar and Dark Horse are both bigger than almost all of the songs from Teenage Dream. I can see why an uneducated hater might think that PRISM is an underperformance, but if you look at the facts, it's obvious that it's not.
