The majority of the public didn't respond well to it.
I hate when people say "It's a commercial/radio friendly song, but it flopped...".
Gurl, it's the
public who decides if a song is commercial or not, and it's the
radio that decides if a song is radio friendly or not, not you.
If Pills N Potions was commercial and radio friendly, it
would be commercial and radio friendly, if you know what I mean.
Also,
catchy =/= good. A song can flop, which means it's not catchy enough, and still be a good song. Same way there are tons of songs that smash for being extra catchy, and aren't good songs at all.
