Cops can pull you over whenever they have ANY minor suspicion about anything. It's not illegal. Maybe you don't know what Xanax is. With just 1 shot and some Xanax in your system, it can BLACK YOU OUT. It's actually safer to drive drunk on alcohol than it is on Xanax so I have no idea why they aren't concerning it enough.
