Justin Bieber Ordered to Take Anger Management Courses!
Quote:
A source confirms that the Biebs' attorneys have agreed to anger management courses for the pop star and he has also been ordered to pay a fine.
An attorney pleaded not guilty via a written plea on Bieber's behalf to driving under the influence, resisting arrest and driving with an expired license in January following his Miami bust.
We're told that Bieber's legal team is still waiting to see if the hitmaker will be charged with reckless driving. Bieber's rep has declined to comment.
TMZ also reports that the 20-year-old pop star will not be placed on probation, nor will he have to attend a drug and alcohol education course.
Following his arrest, Bieber admitted to smoking marijuana and using prescription anti-depressants.
A breath test showed that Bieber's blood-alcohol level was below the 0.02 limit for underage drivers, although other tests detected marijuana and Xanax in his system at the time of his arrest.

Do I not understand or is he not gonna be punished at all? Besides anger management classes?

Honestly, I'm rooting for Bieber. He used to be an innocent guy that was being hated one before he did dirt or anyone knew he did dirt. I'm here for him changing his life.

Coming from someone who indulges (although not idiotically) in some drug use, he's an idiot for driving on Xanax. If you don't need that ****, it makes you a brain dead zombie and paired with weed and even just a TINY bit of alcohol (as in like 0.02) it would slow your reaction time catastrophically while behind the wheel of a car. What he did was beyond reckless, and wasn't he drag racing as well?
I suppose he would have had to have killed someone for this to be taken seriously. Such a shame. He'll never learn a lesson if he just keeps getting off the hook. Make an example out of his privileged white ass a la Chris Brown and see if he continues to be such a little *****.

This.
I'm sure deep down Justin is a nice kid with good intentions, however his actions of late are not only completely unavoidable but extremely dangerous to his and other's lives. Punish him for his wrongs before it's too late for him to learn.

He and Lindsay Lohan should just write a book on how to do whatever the **** you want and face no consequences.
Rule #1: Be white.

I give Justin a free pass for his mistakes because he used to be a good kid until the media drove him into becoming a punk. He's more of a victim to me.

Ab.so.lute. bull****
There were multiple reports that he was an awful person starting at very early age. When he was on CSI his costar said he was a little terror, then all the rude paparazzi videos started surfacing, then the violent paparazzi incidents started surfacing.. the media only does so much, and if you want to be a one of the most famous singers in the world (as Justin clearly does / enjoys) then you have to take and adapt to the negative aspects of your fame.
By saying he's a victim, it's like you're invalidating the bad things he's done 'because he doesn't know better'. That's LITERALLY the exact same case for 'affluenza'. He's not a victim, he has made ALL of his situations worse for himself because he choose to handle them poorly and make stupid (and reckless) decisions. He wants you to think he's a victim when in reality, the victim will end up being the person he kills or the people he injures with his negligence to the law and his inability to be a decent human being.

considering he wasn't racing when he was stopped, police lied that he was drunk & so on, I would say it's Justin's lawyers who are generous. I'm still waiting when he'll begin to sue people who say lies about him or even lie to the police about him like that woman at mini golf.

most of the times he just reacted to rudeness of paparazzi. and yeah, sometimes his bodyguards need to chill & be less violent but I still really don't understand how behaviour of his bodyguards is his fault.

Lol do you understand what 'DUI' means? If you drive under the influence of ANY drunk, not just alcohol, you are to be detained and charged. He deserved to be arrested, and again his BAC was low, but you don't need a lot of alcohol when you're on Xanax in order for it to impair your thinking / reaction time. That's not really being considered in the case, which is unfortunate, but it's the nature of being a celebrity. He's allowed to buy his way out of trouble, just as Lindsay and countless other celebs / wealthy people have done in the past. Have fun stanning for that tho! His downward spiral continues with our without your support.

Used to be innocent? Didn't the racist videos occur before he was famous?

I understand what DUI means(in his case it's weed). but he was stopped illegally to begin with. He wasn't speeding. so the case will just fall apart. so no, he is not buying himself out like other celebrities. it's just cops seeing a fancy car & stopping it - that's what it is. and then media making a circus of a simple DUI - the media coverage was like a President's inauguration. it's just stupid.
