I'm like Katy and Kacey's CMT Crossover performances. Their voices complement each other well. Kacey has better pitch and her voice has more resonance in the midrange, while Katy has smoother shifting from chest voice to head voice and stronger belts.
I could see the back up singer doing the belt in "baby you're a firework" for Katy in one of the choruses, but I'll let it go
Kacey's voice can get a bit monotonous sometimes and she honestly looks so shy all the time. Anyway, they're a really good pairing.
If it wasn't bringing profits they wouldn't do that. They're not idiots...
I'm not saying they aren't bringing ANY profit, just not nearly as much as other comparable tours from big female popstars have done recently. Even P!nk, who has notoriously lower prices, grossed $2.3M in Manchester and played for 35K in two nights.

Both of them should be doing better. I don't know why Katy's promoter add that many shows when she's not selling them out. They could've scheduled less shows and made more money. I guess they overestimated the demand.

No, I watched it again. They repeated the chorus like 4 times during the performance. She missed the belt during the 3rd one and the back up singer did it. So don't tell me to stop it 'cause I don't even what that is. I'm just stating facts.
