shut up. the classics were the reasons this brand has longevity.

this is a really good idea. they could do so much with this idea. they could address so much with this idea. they should have done this way back when Lion King was still relatively fresh. I would've loved this kind of show when i was growing up.

they SHOULD explore the classics more. not like Sofia the First (which is a complete mess), but just go into the worlds those movies lived in and create kids show centered in those worlds, like this and Jake and the Never Land Pirates (which is surprisingly enjoyable).

this is by far the best idea Disney Junior/Playhouse Disney has had in a VERY long time.

Some classic stories really should just be left alone. This might end up in a few good films, this might be commercially viable... but is it really worth it when the original story, as it stands now, feels so complete and comprises one of the most iconic animated tales ever told?
