CNN reported that Gaga saved Versace. Rihanna couldn't save her own fashion line.

Which is why it was a hit at the marketplace and is the reason that River Island is considering expanding into the USA and Australia!?

Gaga is constantly pushing the boundaries of fashion as opposed to being nothing more than a model or mannequin for designers to dress.

And Rihanna doesn't? Gaga doesn't let designers dress her? This is a dumb point, they both have stylists and a glam squad, Rihanna just has taste.

Gaga is best friends with Donatella Versace, who opened the vaults to her in 2011.
Gaga is responsible for helping start the careers of several unknown designers, such as Nicola Formichetti and Noritaka Tatehana.
Gaga walks Mugler, Rihanna walks Victoria's Secret.
Gaga is the reason Formichetti was hired at Mugler and now Diesel.

The Mugler reboot is an absolute
JOKE, no one in the industry takes it seriously. You Monsters have got to stop acting like it had any sort of real relevance. But I doubt most of you know much about actual fashion anyways outside of Gaga's latest faux-intellectual sartorial catastrophe.

Gaga has a monopoly on avant garde, which is fashion. Any artist who wears even something kind of strange will be compared to Gaga.
People on ATRL being hypocrtical as always. People say Gaga is only famous because of her fashion and then turn around and say she has no fashion impact and that her fashion means nothing.

You're right, Gaga is mostly famous for her fashions. Her music certainly takes second place to anything else in her career. And now that the novelty has worn off....
