Personally i feel as though the all star should of been the top 10 ranked pokemon of each gen rate. although that would of meant that some of my favorite pokemon wouldnt have been in it then
I'm confused. When we nominate a pokemon for the wildcard, does it have to be one that isn't already in the rate? Also what is the wildcard for. Someone help please.

The wildcard will be an additional Pokemon in the rate. If you send me your rate before it is selected I'll just ask you to rate it when it is.
