What does that have to do with her being able to tweet anything. Not everyone who has a mental illness is put under conservatorship.

She was recently throwing bongs at police officers and attacking EVERYONE on twitter, she even set someones driveway on fire. She shaved her head, wore wigs and couldn't even talk straight.

She was mentally ill.
