They all know that. Some of them started companies, are writing books, directing/starring in movies, and doing a lot of other things to make sure they will be financially safe. Most of the big ones will be fine.
7 million dollars is more than enough for one person in one lifetime, but they earn that in a year or so, it's crazy they would make that much. They could quit now and live life pretty well with 7 million.
