I'm surprised that this is being asked. This honestly shouldn't even be a legitimate question.
When I catch a single lost fly or ant or bug in my house (not talking about proper invasions here, that's another story to me as well), I don't even kill them. I catch them under a glass, slide a flat object underneath it such as a sheet of paper to trap them in it, and release them back into the free through a window.
I appreciate and respect life, and all people should in my opinion. Of course supporting animal rights is part of that.
