I'm not really happy about the MM situation, but I'll wait for the full album to judge. Anyway, I think she will open with 1M+ . Ever since Fearless, her buying fanbase stopped being genre-based. Like, seriously, nobody buys Taylor Swift albums because they like country music or like pop music. She just has her fans, who like her music and buy it because they like her, not her genre. WANEGBT was a straight-forward pop song that supposedly "alienated her country audience" and she still opened with 1.2 M. Her next lead single will also be a straight-forward pop song imo, so why shouldn't she open with 1M+ again?

The sad thing is she can actually get Country Radio play. I just can't from her moving on from the radio format she really got her start

I know WANEGBT had a country radio mix (and it flopped) but none the less the format still promoted a Taylor Swift song. This era is going to be weird, for me anyway, to not hear a Taylor Swift single on Country Radio
