Has anyone seen these? These are growing rapidly fast here and I see people smoking them every where. It's apparently better than cigarettes and you can smoke them inside and outside because it's vapor, not smoke.
My friend has one and it cost him around one hundred bucks. Even though it cost a lot, he said refilling them is actually cheap, cheaper than buying a pack of cigars.
People have actually been getting really sick from these. And apparently they are no better for your lungs due to the moisture you inhale.
