I dont think so. There isnt an opening concert this year, only the ceremony. Only song that was expected to be performed was We Are One, and now the only singer in that song that the public doesnt hate is not going to perform
I'm being totally honest. Claudia Leitte's bit in the song and video are the best part of any of the World Cup songs this year. Her 20 seconds in "We Are One" are better than Jennifer's okay verse, Shakira's stupid song, Ricky's terrible vocals, and Pitbull's disgusting attempt to sing (in that order).
