Obsessed with this song. The funky beat is perfection (that's Nile Rogers playing on it I just know it) and it's super summery and awesome. I like everything we've gotten so far, but this is my favorite.
Wikipedia says Grace Jones was one of the writers of this song! Unless it was just a sample she used? Anybody know?
It does sound a lot like Grace's early-80's material, it's probably even inspired by her, but I'm pretty sure she wasn't involved. The digital song I bought doesn't list her either, it says it's written by: Elly Jackson, Jeff Bhasker & Ian Sherwin.
