I dont know. I remember waiting for it for MONTHS, and then i started getting lazy so i stopped checking if they were open. And then i read on Exhale that people signed up and i was so pressed. Then, someone on that same forum posted that registration was open and i almost broke my legs running in here
Took me about 5 months, it's really unfair how it kept closing.
Once I was signing up and I clicked submit and then it said sorry registration is closed.
